Key Dates

31 January 2012

• Companies are required to file their Annual Validations between 1-31st January with the Guernsey Registry. Late filing fees will apply from 1 February.

15 January 2012

• 2010 Company Accounts and Tax Returns must be submitted to the Income Tax Office otherwise surcharges will apply.
