For those customers wishing to remain audited, we will examine your accounting records and documents and perform an annual audit.

Under the new Companies Law, very few small businesses will now be required to undertake an annual audit.

For most of our customers, an audit exemption is now possible.

To achieve the exemption status an audit waiver resolution needs to be prepared and filed annually with The Guernsey Registry.
