Viola Nyari

Vee was born in Hungary, however her native language is Croatian/Serbian.

After studying geography at University for 4 years, Vee decided to have a change of scenery and came to Guernsey where she was employed by a hotel to work behind the bar. After only a few days she was identified as being a bit of a bright spark and was asked to help with some general office duties. Vee soon found herself learning how to manage the book-keeping and decided to pursue a career in accountancy.

She joined Heritage Group as a client accountant in November 2006 working in captive insurance.

Vee joined Brehon in February 2009 and is currently working as an Accounts Senior. Her duties include all types of accounting/audit work, helping to manage the workload of the team as well as working with our accounting software and other general IT support. Vee also helps with the training and development of the Brehon Accounts team and is being trained herself to be able to provide business advice to our customers.

Vee is CAT qualified and is currently studying towards ACA, which she hopes to complete in 2011.

In her spare time Vee likes to walk her dog, Steve and is a self confessed PC geek. She also enjoys reading and watching films.

Vee is engaged to her lovely fiance and being the baby of the team she considerably lowers the average age of the office.
