Year End accounts

The Guernsey Tax Law requires all companies to produce and submit Certified Accounts.

Sole Traders are treated a little differently and the smaller businesses can usually just submit Income & Expenditure Accounts. Large businesses are required to submit full Certified accounts to the Tax Office.
